What is watertight expense management?
By linking prepaid payment cards to smart spending software, you can make your expense management watertight. This enables you to set clear budgets and you will always have the latest transaction data at hand. If an employee has to make unplanned expenditures, the finance team can increase the balance of a payment card in seconds.
In the Card Management System you set your own cost structure and approval steps. In this way you ensure improved governance and you can import the costs into your accounting system at any time. This not only gives you better control over business expenses, but also reduces the administrative workload.
What card type should I choose?

Which languages does SimpledCard support?
The mobile app and the Card Management System are available in English, German and Dutch.
Can I integrate SimpledCard with my ERP or accounting system?

Is SimpledCard secure?
Security is central to SimpledCard. We apply the same level of supervision and regulation as you are used to from regular banks and other payment card providers. You can read more about what we do to ensure this on the About us page under the heading Security.
How does SimpledCard protect my data?
We place great importance on the integrity of personal data. All data is stored in encrypted form on secure servers. We comply with the strict data storage rules laid down by the European Central Bank and Mastercard.
We see it as our duty to keep customer data secure at all times. Please see our full privacy policy for more details.
Where are my funds kept?
All funds are held securely in a third party account, in strict compliance with applicable European rules and regulations. The regulator and supervisor will check that the funds are safe at all times.
The secured account will only be used to pay for your business expenses via Mastercard. SimpledCard itself cannot access these funds. We can only view the transaction information to make it available to you in the Card Management System.
How does the implementation of SimpledCard work?
After contract agreement, we verify the necessary company and personal data. This takes about one working day.
Afterwards, our Customer Success team will personally assist you during one or more implementation meetings (normally +/- 1 hour) to support the roll-out within your organization. The entire duration depends on your needs and organizational structure. We always provide the best possible support.
