At Simpled Card, we are constantly working to make managing business expenses even more efficient and convenient. This month, we are once again launching new features based on the feedback we have received from customers.
Approve/reject multiple transactions simultaneously Until previously, only one transaction could be approved at a time in Simpled Card. From now on, users with the accountant role can select multiple expenses and approve them at the same time. In the accountant's expense tab, a checkbox for each transaction is now visible. By ticking multiple checkboxes and selecting ‘approve’ or ‘disapprove’, the transactions are processed simultaneously.
Accountability adjustment by auditor Previously, it was not possible for an auditor to approve transactions that had yet to be accounted for by the user. This created undesirable situations when the user was unable to do the justification. With the new product update, it is now also possible for the accountant to approve the justification. Under the expenditure tab, the option ‘to be accounted for’ can be selected under the drop-down menu. After selection, all justifications yet to be submitted are visible. The accountant can now complete them himself.
Uploading PDF files It is now also possible to upload PDF files as receipts. With the latest product update, Simpled Card now also supports high-quality PDF files.
