Simpled Card for Scouting
Using your own online Card Management System (CMS), your organisation issues the Simpled Card debit card itself. Through the CMS, you also have full control over the spending space, in real time and without third-party intervention. Payments can only be made when pre-approved. The Simpled Card can only be used for the amount authorised, no more and no less. Misuse is therefore practically impossible. In addition, the CMS records every transaction action immediately. The system even automatically adds your administrative references. Fraud, conscious or unconscious, is therefore immediately visible.
In short, your board and treasurer will have at their disposal a user-friendly, secure and verifiable means of payment. Periodic checks by the treasury committees are a matter of minutes. And administrative processing costs are kept to a minimum.
