2. Financial records by department

You create an account for your departments. You determine the spending limit per department. This amount can be adjusted in real time and online. The department manager in turn can divide the amount to be spent over the payment cards available to the department. You decide how many debit cards you deploy per department.

3. Paying with a SimpledCard debit card

Payment cards are issued by the manager to his employees. This card allows employees to make business expenditures anywhere in the world. The department manager can manage the spending limit on the card in real time and online. This way, the employee can never spend more than necessary. In addition, transactions are immediately visible in the system.
