We are pleased to announce that our online Helpcenter is officially live. The online Helpcenter is the gathering place for the answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding SimpledCard usage. In addition, you can easily view all your requests here. All important information in one central place.
In the Help Centre, we are introducing a browsable knowledge base. In addition, as a user, you get a more guided experience of identifying requests. Changing card settings is also easily done via the Helpcenter portal. This allows you to find the solution to your problem even faster.  
Not only do you easily find the answers to your questions, you also submit requests yourself. Where previously this was done via e-mail or chat, you now do so via the Helpcenter portal. Read below how the new functionalities work.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have a question? Or would you like to know more about setting up a functionality? The SimpledCard Help Centre answers all your questions about using the payment cards, the mobile app and the Card Management System (CMS).
The smart search function with recommendations allows users to quickly and easily find the right answers to their questions. Or search within one of the categories to see if your question is included.

  1.  Type in a keyword/topic and click on enter;
  2.  You will now see all answers related to this keyword/topic;
  3.  Click on the question to read the full answer;
  4.  To return to the CMS, click on your name in the top right and then on unsubscribe.

My applications and new application

See in one overview the status update of all your outstanding requests. If something changes in the status of your request, you will see this in the overview as the status changes from ‘pending response’, ‘pending’ to ‘resolved’.
If you have a question and want to submit a request, do so via the ‘new request’. This request will then reach our Support team and they will answer your question within a few hours.

Change card settings

As a cardholder, you directly submit a request to adjust payment card settings via the new functionality. Such as the ability to:
❯  Turn ATM payments on/off;
❯  switch contactless payment on/off. 

How do you open the Help Centre?

As a SimpledCard user, follow the following steps to access the Help Centre.

  1. Go to app.simpledcard.com;
  2. Once you are logged in, click on your name at the top right of the screen;
  3. In the new menu that appears, click directly through to the Help Centre, my applications and new applications.

Besides phone, e-mail and chat, the Help Centre is an additional way to contact us. With these innovations, we hope to offer you an even better, simpler and faster service.
