SimpledCard has very useful features?

Did you know that our first-time customers are already aware of all the features that SimpledCard offers. Nevertheless, we would like to refresh the memory of our existing customers and make our new customers aware of the useful features of SimpledCard.

Changing the debit card PIN yourself

You can now change your debit card PIN yourself via app.simpledcard.com. After changing the password, a notification is sent that the PIN has been changed. After logging in, the PIN can be viewed directly via the mobile app.
Tips:
Always use a secure PIN to protect the money on the debit card.
The following PINs are not allowed:
 Simple number sequences such as: 1234, 0000, 1111, 2222 etc.
 Parts of numbers present on map.
Avoid the following combinations in a PIN:
 Important dates such as your date of birth or your partner's.
 Sharing your citizen service number.
  Sharing your phone number or address.
 Pin codes already linked to one or more of your existing payment cards.

Reminding colleagues of their accountability

At SimpledCard, our finance department is very happy with the ability to send colleagues a reminder to send in their justification via SimpledCard's CMS. Even within SimpledCard, we sometimes have to ask colleagues to justify their purchases, preferably before the end of the month.
Within SimpledCard's CMS, the person with the accountant role can alert colleagues via e-mail to the fact that they need to do their justification. You can find this within the CMS under the Expenses tab. Tick open expenses and send an email reminder to the ticked card users with the click of a button.

Unblocking a debit card yourself

We all recognise the problem when we key in the PIN code incorrectly three times: card blocked! At SimpledCard, it is possible to unblock the debit card the same day while retaining the PIN code. This can be done both via mobile phone and PC. When the card is blocked, the cardholder immediately receives an email stating the steps to be taken to unblock the debit card. The cardholder and administrator can then unlock the PIN via the mobile app or web application. Prevention is better than cure: the PIN can be retrieved in the SimpledCard app. To do this, go to Transactions tab, click the down arrow and click ‘show PIN code’.

Allocate expenditure to projects

In addition to cost type and cost centre, it is also possible to enter cost carrier and project code. The project code is an additional field for accounting purposes. This feature is particularly used by customers who work with many and large (temporary) projects and want insight into expenditure per project.
