SimpledCard is completely bank-independent and does not require authorisations for new card holders. You can issue a new SimpledCard in a matter of minutes.

The online Card Management System allows you to easily allocate budget amounts to individual employees or teams. You determine the payment limits that apply to your employees and teams. Card balances can be topped up on an ad hoc basis or periodically. All transactions and receipts are automatically linked and can be viewed and monitored online by card holders and the administrator. You can check, approve and reject transactions in the online Card Management System.
Justify expenses
The card holder automatically receives a notification via the mobile app each time a payment is made with the SimpledCard payment card. The app prompts the card holder to photograph the receipt and automatically links the receipt to the transaction. The card holder can also link each transaction to the appropriate cost type and budget centre in the mobile app, quickly and easily, based on the cost types and budget centres defined for your organisation.
